How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our shipping policy for details.

Do the heated jackets come with a power bank?

No. Our heated jackets don't include a power bank. They work with a standard USB power bank, and you can add our USB Power Bank for Heated Jackets to your order.

How do the jackets fit?

They run 1–2 sizes small. Check the size chart on each product page, and if you're between sizes, order the larger one.

Will the windshield cover fit my car?

The cover is 57" x 37" and fits most cars and SUVs. Very large trucks and vans may need a bigger cover, so measure your windshield if you're not sure.

Will the heated seat cushion work in my vehicle?

It works in any car, truck, SUV, van or RV with a 12V lighter/accessory outlet.

Can I return something?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace or refund it. See our return policy.
