Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Free shipping: Shipping is free on every order – no minimum.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Our products ship from our supplier's warehouses, so delivery can take longer during the holidays or bad weather. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by early December.

Multiple items: Items in the same order (including bundles) may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Lost or late packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at pineandfrostco@gmail.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they ship.
